Which issue category should I choose?

Choose Event Registration/Website if...

  • You are having trouble registering for an event

  • You registered and have not recieved a confirmation email within 24 hrs

  • You are having troubles with one of our webpages

  • You notice an error on one of our webpages

  • You have any general website / registration questions

  • You have a question you feel would be best answered by our web team

Choose Social Media if...

  • You are having trouble finding our social media

  • You are having trouble following our social media

  • You notice an error on our social media

  • You have any general social media questions

  • You have a question you feel would be best answered by our marketing and communications team

Choose Section Operations if...

  • You have questions on how the section works and operates

  • You have any questions about the section leadership and/or structure

  • You have a question relating to programming for Conclave or FORUM

  • You have a question you feel would be best answered by our key leadership

Choose Branding if...

  • You have questions on acceptable use of certain brand elements

  • You have any general questions pertaining to our brand, or one of our subordinate brands

  • You have a question you feel would be best answered by our branding team

How does the help desk work?

The Section Help Desk is run off of a system which will, depending on which category you choose, automatically email a copy of your responses to the appropriate team. This helps to ensure no response gets left in limbo due to a spreadsheet not being checked. Members of the team this email is sent to, will be able to reply directly to it to respond to you and your issue. You can find an example of this below.
